Steven Grossman

Steve Grossman is a corporate and securities partner based in our Century City office. He has extensive experience in a wide range of corporate and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private investment fund, public and private offerings and financing and structured financing transactions. Steve has represented a number of clients in the telecommunications industry as well as companies engaged in the media, broadcast, and motion picture distribution businesses. In addition, Steve represents investment management firms in fund formation, securities, investment transaction and general corporate matters. 

In the entertainment and media area, Steve has represented both issuers and investment banks, as underwriters or placement agents, in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities.  Recently, he has been actively involved in leveraged acquisitions and recapitalizations on behalf of various private investment fund clients.  He has advised in connection with multinational divestitures as well as middle market management buyouts.  Steve's financing experience includes structured finance and securitization transactions, leveraged lease transactions and other equipment leasing matters.
