Neil Campbell is a partner in O'Melveny's Hong Kong office and a member of the Firm's Investment Funds and Securitization Practice. He has been involved in securitization transactions in the UK and Europe as well as leading teams which were involved in some of the first securitizations in Korea, Hong Kong, Indonesia and Thailand. Recent transactions include the Standard Chartered Bank/Korea First Mortgage cross border RMBS deal, the largest securitization in Asia to date, the Dynasty Assets CMBS transaction, the first CMBS securitizing PRC property and the Korean Airlines Yen ticket receivables deal. In addition, he has advised on securitizations for arrangers such as Standard Chartered, Credit Suisse, Nomura and Citigroup as well as originators such as Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation, LG Card, Samsung Card, COSCO, Korean Airlines and Asiana.

Neil is one of Asia's leading securitization and structured finance lawyers and he is ranked in the Asia Pacific Legal 500 and Euromoney's Guide to World's Leading Structured Finance Lawyers. He has won several awards for recent transactions, including the innovative Standard Chartered Bank/Korea First Mortgage, Dynasty Assets, Indocoal and Korean Air Lines.
