Monica Thurmond

Monica Thurmond is a partner in O’Melveny's New York office and a member of the Transactions Department.  She practices primarily in the areas of leveraged finance and general securities and corporate matters.  She has worked on a variety of public and private equity and debt securities offerings for both issuers and investment banking firms.  She has also represented private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a variety of other engagements such as senior secured lending and bridge lending, loan commitments and other senior financing transactions, structured exchange offers, debt tender offers and consent solicitations.
