Frederick M. Bachman is a partner in O'Melveny's New York office and Co-Chair of the Corporate Finance/Capital Markets Practice.  Fred's practice focuses on representing private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and other institutional clients in leveraged acquisition financings, including senior secured debt, private mezzanine debt and mezzanine preferred stock, as well as workouts and restructurings.
