Charles E. Borden
Counsel
Charles Borden is a counsel in O'Melveny's Washington, DC office and a member of the Class Actions, Mass Torts, and Aggregated Litigation Practice. His practice focuses on the defense of purported class actions, political law compliance, and matters involving the intersection of law and public policy. As part of his practice, Charles has authored numerous motions and briefs in connection with trial and appellate matters in state and federal courts, including appellate briefs before the United States Supreme Court, various State Supreme Courts, and multiple United States Courts of Appeals.
Charles is also a member of the firm's Strategic Counseling and Political Law Practices. Charles's strategic counseling practice focuses on aiding major federal legislative efforts, counseling clients on federal and state political law issues, monitoring federal and state legislative and litigation developments, and participating in litigation challenging various congressional and state legislative redistricting plans. Charles also serves as General Counsel to O'Melveny's Federal PAC.
