Orientation

O’Melveny’s orientation program is designed to provide new employees with comprehensive information about the Firm, and the resources available to them.  Orientation is not a one-time or one-day event, as learning about the Firm is a continuous process.  

Our benefits orientation offers a detailed, thorough explanation of available benefits, so that you have the necessary information to make the choices that best suit your needs.

Many offices also pair new employees with a mentor.  Mentors assist new hires with getting acquainted with their department and office and help with the assimilation process. 

Our goal is to help ensure a smooth transition into your new position.
