Bingna Guo
Associate
Bingna Guo is an associate in O’Melveny’s New York office and a member of the Firm’s International Practice. Bingna has experience in multi-forum/multi-country litigation, internal investigations, antitrust law, international trade and regulatory matters, and general commercial litigation.
Prior to joining the Firm’s Adversarial Department, Bingna worked in the Firm’s Shanghai office for three and a half years advising clients in cross-border transactions involving China across a broad spectrum of disciplines, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, securities, business restructuring, real estate, and direct investments.
Bingna was named a Hauser Global Scholar for 2001-02 at New York University School of Law, selected by an international committee chaired by the President of the International Court of Justice. She is a member of the New York bar. A native of Shanghai, she also passed the Chinese bar examination in 1999.
